Jawny's Legacy
Two best friends, Johnny and David, found themselves in different cities, Johnny in Cincinnati and David in California, but connected over a 1AM Xbox chat. That's when they dreamed up the idea of a Philly Cheesesteak stand that could become something bigger one day.
Not long after that night, Johnny made a major decision to move to California. It wasn't all smooth sailing from there, they started out on the streets, dealt with a lot of hurdles, and yes, even had their equipment stolen along the way. But through all those challenges, they kept pushing forward.
Mike approached David and Johnny after recognizing the potential in their concept and decided to invest in the company to launch its first brick-and-mortar location. With his proven experience in building and scaling successful businesses, combined with a strong technology background, the three formed a powerful and complementary team.
And now that idea has grown into Jawny's, a real brick-and-mortar spot in Los Angeles, California. It's a story of friendship, resilience, and chasing a dream.
